The winner of this regular-season award, determined by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America, will be revealed on Nov. 11. The other finalists are Dan Wilson of the Seattle Mariners and Stephen Vogt of the Cleveland Guardians.
Schneider, now in his fourth year as manager with his third full season, oversaw a remarkable transformation for the Blue Jays after they finished last in the AL East with a 74-88 record in 2024. The team rebounded in 2025 with a 94-68 record, clinching the division by winning a tiebreaker against the New York Yankees with a decisive 13-4 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in their last regular-season game.
