The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department announced on Monday that they are looking into a fresh sexual battery complaint against hip-hop icon Sean (Diddy) Combs, who is currently serving a four-year jail term for offenses related to prostitution.
A male music producer and publicist disclosed that during a photo shoot at a Los Angeles warehouse in 2020, Combs allegedly exposed himself while masturbating and urged the individual to assist him. The producer shared that Combs then threw a soiled shirt at him. The accuser, whose identity was withheld in the police report, stated that he kept the incident to himself for years due to feeling ashamed. It was only in September of this year, after Combs was found guilty on other counts, that he reported the incident to the police in Largo, Florida.
Combs’s legal representative has not yet responded to requests for comments on the recent accusations. The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department confirmed receiving an official report from the Florida authorities on the matter last Friday and declared they would be launching an inquiry into the allegations.
Moreover, the report outlined an event from March 2021 where the complainant alleged that two men covered his head before Combs entered the room and labeled him a snitch. Combs was previously convicted in July for transporting his girlfriends and male sex workers across the country for drug-influenced sexual activities at various locations over an extended period. While he was acquitted of serious charges like sex trafficking and racketeering that could have led to a life sentence, he is expected to be released in May 2028, with the possibility of reducing his sentence through participation in rehabilitation and prison programs.
